When a claimant submits an enquiry matching your claim categories and regions, you receive a notification. You can view the enquiry details, see if it fits your expertise, and respond if you are interested. The claimant decides who to work with — you compete on merit.

How many enquiries will I receive?

As a new marketplace, enquiry volumes will grow as we build the platform. Featured and Premium specialists appear higher in search results and receive priority notification as enquiries come in. Early members help shape how the platform develops and benefit from being first in their categories.

Do I have to accept every enquiry?

No. You can review each enquiry and decide whether to respond. If an enquiry does not fit your practice, you can mark it as "Not Interested" and it will move to your declined list.

Can I see claimant contact details?

Yes. Claimant contact details (name, phone, email) are shared with all matching specialists immediately. The platform's purpose is to connect customers with specialists, so you can reach out directly.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No long-term contracts. All membership tiers are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing portal.

How do I get verified?

After registering, complete your profile with your professional registration details (SRA number, FCA reference, etc.). Our admin team reviews your credentials and awards verification badges. Verification is available on all tiers.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, absolutely. You can switch from Premium to Featured (or cancel entirely) at any time from your specialist dashboard billing portal. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you will continue to enjoy your current tier benefits until then.
