Everything you need to know about how Claims Wizard works, from submitting your first enquiry to working with a specialist. Can’t find what you are looking for? Get in touch and our team will help.

You fill in a single enquiry form describing your situation — whether it is housing disrepair, an insurance dispute, a tenancy deposit issue, or another claim type. We then share your enquiry with suitable registered specialists on our platform. Specialists who believe they can help will respond, and you choose who you want to work with. There is no obligation to proceed with any specialist.

Yes. Submitting an enquiry and browsing our specialist directory is completely free for claimants. There are no hidden charges or subscription fees. If you decide to work with a specialist, any fees are agreed directly between you and the specialist — we never add markups or take commissions from claimants.

Our platform covers a wide range of claim categories including housing disrepair, personal injury, insurance disputes, employment claims, tenancy deposit disputes, consumer rights, financial mis-selling, medical negligence, data breach claims, and more. If you are unsure which category your situation falls under, just submit a general enquiry and we will help route it correctly.

After you submit an enquiry, you may receive responses from multiple specialists. Each specialist profile shows their experience, success rate, client reviews, and areas of expertise. We recommend comparing at least two or three specialists before making a decision. You can read verified reviews from past clients and check their credentials directly on their profile page.

Most claimants receive their first specialist response within 24 hours of submitting an enquiry, often much sooner. The overall timeline for your claim depends on its complexity, the type of claim, and the specialist you choose to work with. Your specialist will give you an estimated timeline during your initial consultation.

You are never locked into working with any specialist. If you are unsatisfied, you can switch to another specialist on our platform at any time. We also encourage you to leave an honest review of your experience to help other claimants make informed decisions. If you have a serious concern about a specialist, please contact our support team directly.

Absolutely. We take data protection very seriously and comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal information is encrypted, stored securely, and only shared with specialists you have consented to be contacted by. You can read our full Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

Yes. Once you submit an enquiry, you receive a unique reference number. You can use this reference on our Track Your Enquiry page to see which specialists have viewed your enquiry, who has responded, and the current status. You can also create an account for a full dashboard view of all your enquiries in one place.

We cover the entire United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Our specialist network spans all regions including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Cardiff, Belfast, and rural areas. When you submit an enquiry, we match you with specialists who operate in your local area.

Not necessarily. While many of our specialists are solicitors or law firms, others are claims management companies, surveyors, or industry experts depending on the type of claim. The right professional for your situation depends on the nature of your claim. Our platform helps you find the most appropriate specialist regardless of their professional designation.

All specialists on our platform go through a verification process before being listed. We check professional credentials, regulatory status with bodies such as the SRA or FCA where applicable, and require proof of professional indemnity insurance. We also monitor ongoing performance through client reviews and feedback to maintain quality standards.

Yes. You can submit an enquiry on behalf of a family member, friend, or someone you have power of attorney for. Just make sure you have their permission to share their details and clearly indicate in the enquiry form that you are submitting on their behalf. The specialist will confirm consent requirements during their initial contact.
